Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sprouted Oat Flour
  • 8 tbsp Turbinado Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Cashew Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tapioca Flour
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until you have a dough-like mixture.
  3. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until set.
  5. Cool slightly on the cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
