Ingredients
- 1 cup Sprouted Oat Flour
- 8 tbsp Turbinado Sugar
- 4 tbsp Cashew Butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Tapioca Flour
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until you have a dough-like mixture.
- Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly on the cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
