Ingredients
- 1 cup Pitted Medjool Dates (or any other dried fruit)
- ¼ cup Sprouted Rolled Oats
- ¼ cup Natural Cashew Nuts
- ¼ cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 cup Raw Cacao Nibs
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until it becomes a sticky dough.
- Once thoroughly mixed, transfer to an 8×8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper so they lift out easily.
- Press down firmly until uniformly flattened.
- Remove from the pan and chop into 10 even bars.
- Store the bars in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator and enjoy as a snack!
