Brazil Nut Spread

Ingredients
- 150g / 5 oz Raw Brazil Nuts (previously soaked in water for 6 hours)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 tbsp Water
- Sprinkle of your favorite herbs
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until you have a smooth paste.
- Transfer the mixture to a well sealed container and enjoy with fresh or toasted bread!
- Store the leftovers in the refrigerator.
