Brazil Nut Spread

  • 150g / 5 oz Raw Brazil Nuts (previously soaked in water for 6 hours)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Water
  • Sprinkle of your favorite herbs
  • Salt to taste


  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until you have a smooth paste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a well sealed container and enjoy with fresh or toasted bread!
  • Store the leftovers in the refrigerator.
