Homemade Cashew Milk

Ingredients
- 1 cup Organic Raw Cashew Nuts
- 4 cups Hot Water
- 2 Medjool Dates, pitted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Sea salt, pinch
Directions
- Blend the cashews with a pinch of sea salt until crumbly.
- Slowly add 4 cups of hot water, 2 pitted dates, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional).
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, until completely smooth.
