Homemade Cashew Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Organic Raw Cashew Nuts
  • 4 cups Hot Water
  • 2 Medjool Dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Sea salt, pinch

Directions

  • Blend the cashews with a pinch of sea salt until crumbly.
  • Slowly add 4 cups of hot water, 2 pitted dates, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional).
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes, until completely smooth.
