Acai Chia Pudding

  • 1 Cup Nut Milk
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Organic Acai Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger (optional)
  • Pinch Cinnamon to Taste (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey or Agave (optional)


  1. To a mixing bowl add all ingredients and whisk to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours). The chia pudding should be thick and creamy. 
  3. Enjoy as is, or layer with fresh fruit, granola, cacao nibs, nuts...!
