Serving: 1 Mason Jar or Pint Glass

- 1 Cup Nut Milk
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Organic Acai Powder
- 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger (optional)
- Pinch Cinnamon to Taste (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey or Agave (optional)
To a mixing bowl add all ingredients and whisk to combine.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours). The chia pudding should be thick and creamy.
Enjoy as is, or layer with fresh fruit, granola, cacao nibs, nuts...!
