- ¾ cup Plant-Based Milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tbsp Turbinado Sugar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- ¼ cup Raw Brazil Nuts, chopped⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- ½ tsp Baking Powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Salt to taste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions⠀
- In a large bowl, mix together the plant-based milk, vinegar, flour, vanilla extract, coconut oil, salt and Brazil Nuts. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Slowly add the baking powder to the mixture and carefully mix it in.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden (about 3-4 minutes). Serve immediately and enjoy!
