Brazil Nut Waffle

  • ¾ cup Plant-Based Milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tbsp Turbinado Sugar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • ¼ cup Natural Brazil Nuts, chopped⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Salt to taste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the plant-based milk, vinegar, flour, vanilla extract, coconut oil, salt and @botanicaorigins Brazil Nuts. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  2. Slowly add the baking powder to the mixture and carefully mix it in.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  3. Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden (about 3-4 minutes). Serve immediately and enjoy!
