Cacao nibs are highly nutritious small pieces of cacao beans, exceptionally rich in antioxidants and a great source of healthy fats and minerals such as copper, manganese, and magnesium. As a true food of the gods, they are the least processed and most natural form of chocolate.

With an exquisite taste and aroma, our Cacao Nibs are non-alkalized and slowly fermented at room temperature immediately after harvest. Through a single-source and small batch production, we ensure consistent and premium quality nibs: low acidity, uniform shape and size, free from shell pieces or fragments, and fresh and crunchy from tree-to-door!

Wild harvested, they grow in an untouched environment, interacting with other plants, animals, and microorganisms, with little or no human interference. Our Cacao Nibs are made from native cacao naturally abundant along the banks of the Madeira River deep inside the Amazon rainforest, where they can only be reached by boat. Sourcing from the wild ensures that local communities can thrive from their natural ecosystem, helping to avoid deforestation and to preserve biodiversity.
